I have a problem with my iPhone when phoning my Nans landline there is nothing wrong with her phone but it keeps saying this number is temporarily out of service but it doesn't happen to any other landline number

Although it is not happening with other numbers you might want to call Sky and report this to them. 150 is the free number to use from your mobile,
