iPhone coverage

Hi Sky, I’m consistently getting only one bar of signal on my iPhone, which is causing poor call quality and slow data. This is happening regularly. Could you please check the network coverage and advise on a fix?
I have tried your instructions online and nothing has worked

Thanks

Re: iPhone coverage

@Tina161 Is it only with that iPhone device and everything else is good?

@Tina161

You have posted this in the broadband forum so are you having an issue with the connection to your wifi network or the Sky mobile data network ?

@Tina161 I have moved the thread to the Sky Mobile forum.

Sky does not run its own mobile network but instead uses the network operated by O2. Signal strength on a Sky mobile cevice in any particular location depends on where the nearest O2 base station is and isnt something Sky can control. If you live in an area with poor signal,strength from one network its worth checking the coverage from the other.networks who are. EE and the new combined 3/Vodafone network.

Sky mobile's coverage map is here https://www.sky.com/shop/mobile/coverage-checker you will find similar maps on the various other service providers sites.

You could try calling sky on 150 and requesting a new replacement sim @Tina161  to see if that helps.

Re: iPhone coverage

@Tina161 Report it to sky, the mobile team may be able to see if there is a specific problem with a mast location on the O2 signal were you are!
