iPhone Setup/connection issue

I received a new iPhone 2day, went through set up process cannot now activate an eSIM, nor can I call sky because my old phone is not functioning/disconnected I assume. I have been trying to sort this for 5 hours now!!!

 

I have tried uninstalling the eSIM and starting again but I cannot receive the codes they send to activate. 

I really need SKY to step up here and contact me via email, I tried their online assistant which was the most infuriating experience ever.

 

anyone know a way to contact SKY without a phone?.?.

Unfortunately that's not going to happen.

 

I'll escalate your post to try and trigger an online response, but a Bank Holiday weekend isn't ideal timing.
