@Hol5

You are not talking to Sky via here as we are customers who help each other.

From what you have said it does appear you might have been scammed as per this:

https://www.sky.com/help/articles/account-takeover

If you receive an unexpected parcel from Sky get in touch with our customer services team immediately. We can give advice on what to do. Don’t send the parcel anywhere except our returns address.

We’ll give you pre-paid returns packaging to send the parcel back to us.

The reason being Sky doesn't make phones calls offering iphones and free Apple Watches as only someone attempting to get hold of  your details would so if you haven't done it yet them make sure you change your account password via this link:

@Hol5 You are not contacting customer service here, the community is manned mainly by fellow customers, the few Sky staff here will be unable to assist as they have no idea who you are.

You will have to contact Sky to report the fraudulent activity on your account, you will then have to wait for the fraud team to investigate, it won't be a quick process.

You also need to change your account and email passwords.

The call you received wasn't from Sky.  It was scammers who you helped compromised your account.

You then returned the phones to the scammers and Sky are none the wiser.  Technically you owe the payments for the phones

You need to cooperate with Sky but as noted this isn't a quick process.

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers
