iPhone 17 pro max failed order

I've been trying to order a blue 256gb iPhone 17 pro max on bill pay and once I have confirmed the payment with my online banking I get a blank page and a 'were sorry' in the tab bar with no further information

You will have to call Sky to ado them to place this order for you.
