New phone no service

I got my new phone on Friday, I transferred my number over and got a confirmation email yesterday that the transfer was complete. However, I seem to have no service - I can't phone out, send a text etc. I need to be constantly on WiFi. Any suggestions please?

Does your phone show as being connected to the Sky network ?

 

Is your number in the settings showing as the correct one ?
