iPhone 16 sim

I've received my iPhone 16, I ordered an unlimited sim to go with it, the phone has come but sim is not with it. Will it arrive in the post as saying it's complete, or do I need to contact sky

Hi @Aj196715  sometimes the physical sim ( if you ordered a physical one and not an esim) then yes that can sometimes come separately in the post. If you look at your account what does it say about the sim ?

It's a physical sim, it says complete and to activate it , but not received, hopefully will come in the post, Thankyou
