iPhone 16 pro order

i ordered a 16 pro yesterday as it said order before 9PM for free next day delivery. 

I have been approved for finance eg all credit checks done, recieved the confirmation off sky however when looking on my account it says In progress and the delivery date says coming soon. 

Does anyone know the rough wait time for a phone as i need it for work and ordered off sky due to the next day delivery. 

Also does anyone know if the coming soon means the phone will be delivere4d soon or if it means the delivery date will be added soon?

As we’re customers we have no insight into any stock levels (which will change daily) or any delivery timescales. The most up to date information (after credit checks are complete) on your particular order should become available at:
https://www.sky.com/help/articles/track-sky-order

When your order is ready you should get an email from Sky, and then another from the courier (in the UK that’s usually DPD) which will have details of your 1 hour delivery time slot.

In means just that in that your order should be with you soon.

I ordered on 2/9. The website now says it's out of stock.

When I ordered by phone the advisor stated that it was in stock and would be dispatched for next day delivery. Obviously this didn't happen. 
I now note that Apple have discontinued this model. I have no idea where this leaves me. Trying to speak with customer services is an unpleasant, fruitless, frustrating chore.

Any suggestions as to how I can get some information from Sky would be helpful.

It might be that Apple are not going to supply anymore stock due to the pre-order launch of the iphone 17 a few days away.

Saw in the press today it's being discontinued but that doesn't mean Sky won't be getting some more stock while there's still some out there. You'll need to persevere in contacting Sky to discuss your options. If you change to ordering a different model eg: iPhone 16e for example, you'll undergo further credit checks.

Thanks for the reply. Sky can't help with options unfortunately. Customer services just repeat the same messages over and over I.e You will get an email when the device is ready to dispatch..

Unfortunately this doesn't help me at all.
