My upfront payment £76 for 15 pro max has been deducted but mobile didn't ordered yet
I want to know weather I'll get a mobile or I'll get refund back

You’re not talking to Sky Customer Services on here. This forum is where customers try to help other customers.
After the two credit checks are complete (make take longer at a weekend) the most up to date information on your particular order should become available at
https://www.sky.com/help/articles/track-sky-order
We have no insider knowledge regarding stock levels or delivery timescales. When your order is ready you should get an email from Sky, and then another from DPD which will have details of your 1 hour delivery time slot.
Any iPhone 15 orders will likely be delayed further.
