iPhone 15 charging

Hi my partner has the iPhone 15 through yourselves but it doesn't seem to be charging as it should, it's either really slow or doesn't charge at all.

This isn't Sky customer services.  It's a customer helps customer forum.

 

How old is the phone?  Have alternative chargers been tested?

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers

Are you using a genuine Apple cable & charger? Other chargers may charge slower.

Do you have a MagSafe charger?
