Spoof

Hi, 

I've had a phone phone call from someone who is saved in my contacts. I was in Greece the other day and they called me, and their number came up as a Lithuanian number, but it was them that spoke when I answered the phone. Is there anyway this can happen by accident, or have they spoofed their number?

If the person you spoke to is someone you know then perhaps it is an issue with the mobile network you were connected to in Greece wrongly recognising of where this call was coming from.
