iPhone 13

Hi there. My phone is not working properly, I've tried the bits asked to do online and not working still. The down button keeps jamming, the sound keeps breaking up and I can't hear others on the phone too, majority of the time my FaceTime phone calls don't go through for about 7/8 times

@Chelslive365  You will need to call Sky or take the device to an Apple store.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.
