ALL Sky mobiles are unlocked.  And yes you can use your existing sim card.

Users will need to use a nano-SIM card if they plan on utilizing a physical SIM.

Before that suggestion is to chat with the sky mobile team to explore the mobile and sim deals. It's easy to port existing numbers too.

All Sky Mobiles are supplied unlocked @Catherinet2017 so yes you Giff Gaff sim will work in it. 

Just to point out that if you are a new customer to Sky Mobile you do also have to order a Sky data sim card, you don't have to use it though you will be billed for it. If you are already a Sky Mobile customer then you do not have to do this.
