Since start of April 2024, my iphone will not automatically transfer missed calls to my voicemail. I 've spent 2 hrs on the Sky "help line" only to cut off each time, with no call back as promised.
The symptoms are that if I choose not to answer and press the red "end call button", then the call does transfer to voicemail, and the system forwards as per normal, if the call waiting comes up and again a choose the not to answer option, by pressing the red dismiss option on screen, again the call goes to voicemail and I receive notification as per normal. My voicemails is on, hence the notifications etc. As stated at the start, should I miss a call, the caller gets the message, "sorry the person you are calling is not available please call back later" Do any of you geniuses know what I need to change or activate please. Lastly Focus is off, call fowarding is off, call waiting is on. I can acces my voicemail by dialling 759 etc. Thanking you all in advance
