iPhone 12 mini no internet access idsur

I cannot get internet access on my uk iPhone 22 mini. I'm in Australia at present , it was working ok for a week but suddenly lost the internet signal. Works on WiFi ok. I've tried toggling the airplane mode, removing and reinserting the SIM card an resetting network settings, switching the phone off and on . All  this did not work, can anyone help please? Thanks.

Hi @Annemitchell  you aren't the first customer to report issues in Australia this week. If you have tried all the suggestions in the troubleshooting guide below then there isn't much more you can do.

I have seen a couple of posts in the last week or so reporting problems in Australia. So long as you haven't fallen foul of the new Passport Plus roaming policy of a maximum of 25GB useage in any one billing period try the troubleshooting in this link
