Debt adjustment
I have paid a debt adjustment on my bill this month however I have not been in debt with my contract atall and have not over spent as the account is capped. How can I recover this money?

Have you ever returned a phone to Sky as part of a swpa or upgrade as it could be realted to that if you have especially if thyere wass an outstanding amount to pay against it.

I changed sim only contract and canceled the old one but that was a rolling contract and I was told there would be no fee
