iPad repair

I have sent my iPad for repair with your selfs not even 4 months old and the speaker dosent work and your telling me I have to pay for the repair

You are talking to other customers here but what we can say no matter if you sent this off for repair via Sky or Apple then you do have to pay as your monthly subscription doesn't cover repairs like this.

Hi @Jadeleigh19  if Sky are saying it's damage caused by you rather than a fault then you would need to pay. If that's what Sky are saying I would request the device sent back and take it to an Apple Store for them to look at.
