iMessage

I have just transferred my number over to Sky from EE and originally everything worked I unticked the old number off iMessage and entered the correct number it let me tick my old number and iMessage worked correctly. I then had some trouble resetting my old phone but managed to do it. After this was done my new phone suddenly stopped working and is only able to choose the number the phone came with that has been deactivated or an email. When I try to turn off iMessage and FaceTime and then enter my number it will not save, nothing will happen when I press save. I've tried turning phone off and on, signing out of my Apple account, I've tried deleting my old phone from my devices but I'm getting an anti stolen device warning until the 24th of December. My phone number is working on the correct number when I call somebody or they call me and my WhatsApp is working to the correct number however my iMessage will not work. I am awaiting a lot of calls from applying for jobs at the moment so this is very urgent to get sorted
