i pay for unlimited data and i’ve just got a message saying i’ve ran out of data and now i can’t use

i pay for unlimited data in my mobile plan and i have just got a message from sky saying i've ran out of data for this month and now i cannot use any more of my data

Yes my first bill comes out tommorow so this is my first month.

@Joshua34  It could be that your first month is usually pro ratered so you only get a partial monthly allowance until your next billing period. Not sure how this would work on the unlimited plan. If you call sky on 150 they may be able to assist.
