how do i change it before it comes?

You will have to call Sky to cancel that order. Once they've changed your address on the system re-order but you will undergo further credit checks.

You will have to phone Sky to ask them

to cancel the order then update your address so the other will then have to be placed again so if you ordered a device this will mean you will be credit checked again.
