i got a new sim from sky about 9 months ago and have just gotten round to try to activate it

I cannot seem to activate my sim online - I am not sure if I have had it too long as ive been paying the bill for this and my old bill with Three for about 9 months and really need to get this working so i am just paying sky

It needed to be activated before now (31 days)!

You'll need to order a new dataplan (as noted this one will have expired).

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers

As noted above that sim has been cancelled so you can order a new one by selecting a data plan for it from here:

 

https://www.sky.com/shop/mobile/plans

 

When it arrives you have 30 days to activate it.
