i bought an iphone 15 pro on a monthly contract and it says theres an issue with my order it
i bought it when it was in stock now it saying i needs action needed and theres an issue with my order can anyone help please.

As customers here we can possibility say what the issue is so assuming that you have signed the credit agreement you will need to call Sky to find out what the issue is.
150 is the free number to use from a Sky Mobile or Sky Talk phone otherwise under "Need more help ?" link at the bottom of the page on this link is the number to call Sky on:
