I've been with Sky Moble for nearly a month but the app tells me that Sky are really sorry but I can't join Sky VIP right now, followed by a number of possible reasons, none of which seem to apply to me.
Sky Help told me to call the contact centre, but the gentleman at the other end could not be persuaded that I wasn't trying to have myself illegitimately promoted to Diamond status. I gave up having only learnt that acceptance is automated and be couldn't do anything about even making me Silver, which is all I would expect.
Have I misunderstood? I used to be with Sky and VIP was something I was enrolled into almost immediately
