how do we protect sky sims against the type of scam where the scammer transfers the phone number

how do we protact sky sims against the type of scam where the scammer transfers the phone number to a sim controlled by themselves. Can we add a password to help protect against this sort of scam.

You should already have an online password and a telephone password for interactions with Sky: protecting those (by not using them elsewhere, having them easily guessed or inadvertently revealing them) is your responsibility.

 

Where there's not already a telephone password in place, the criminals need to gather additional information about you.
