Dear all (and customer service),
I switched my daughter's mobile account from ID to Sky a couple of months back after being offered a £5 a month data/texts/calls deal which suited her. She has kept her old phone from ID (paid off long ago) and does not have anything new from Sky other than her SIM. However, I have just received a text message from Sky saying that the next bill (due on 26 Feb) will be for £38. This is higher than my own monthly mobile contract (including a phone) for another provider. Please can I have a chat with someone to resolve this issue - or establish if it is a scam. The message today came from the correct mobile Sky text account (the same one that had recently been used to inform me my request to close my TV account had been confirmed etc).
Has anyone else in the community received similar confusing texts - or is this a genuine mistake by SkyMobile? Thanks, James

@caesarome Thanks for getting back. This is the weird thing: The mobile was added to my Sky account, but when I go to that link there is only a bill for my TV (which I've had disconnected) and Talk/broadband (which I still have). I don't see any Sky Mobile bills or way of accessing them...Best, James
