Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@justin+nightingal There is no way that Sky will replace them, they have zero obligation to do so and Sky protect won't if your policy expired 6 years ago, trying to renew so you can then claim would be fraud.
You have not taken any advice that has been given on your multiple posts and continue to try to find a way to get out of your financial responsibilities, there is none.
You will have to continue to pay for the devices until they are paid off, loosing a device/having it stolen and breaking the screen on one does not end your obligation to pay for it.

That statement makes no sense. Nowhere have I said the phone wasn't yours. Stolen or lost, you are still responsible for continuing to pay for it.

@justin+nightingal Is that a response to my "fraud" statement? If so then trying to open or renew an insurance policy in order to claim against it for a device you don't have is insurance fraud.
You have asked numerous times about tracking the phone and the responses won't change, if you know it was an Uber driver who stole it why have the police not arested them for it? they would have been able to get the drivers details from Uber and probably recover the device.
There are so many holes in what you have said in this thread that its hard to believe a word you say.

@justin+nightingalNothing adds up with what you say, you contradict yourself in almost every post. You claimed on the 17th of Feburary this year you had tracked it via the IMEI and knew the name of the alledged thief, yet in one of your posts today you are asking again for help tracking it, so which is it?
I also don't understand how in the last 4 months the police have'nt at least interviewed the alledged thief seeing as you apparently know his name and have footage of him stealing the phone(you stated caught and watched).
That is just two of many reasons why i don't believe a word you are saying.

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreThe police officer dealing with this should be able to establish if the stolen device is still traceable. As customers we can't help you with that 10 months after the alleged incident which we've told you many times already. There is nothing more anyone can do on here so I'm afraid there is no point in you asking the same thing repeatedly.
