help

I have contacted you many times trying to get a replacement sim card as i need a new one and it never gets sent out to me.

Not us. You may not be aware but you haven’t contacted Sky by posting on here. This is a customer ▶️ customer discussion forum where we try to help other customers.

 

Why do do need a replacement SIM card?

Oh sorry ive never used this, ive rang 4 times in the last two months as my sim got water damage and i dont have one and each time they tell me they will send one out but never do:(

Are you the Sky Mobile account holder?

 

Is the address correct on your Sky Mobile account?

If you are the account holder we may be able to get you some help via the Community Messaging Team on here. Let us know if you wish to try that after confirming it's your Sky Mobile account otherwise you'll need to call Sky.
