Can’t find my phone on the app
My phone has never appeared on my sky app and was wondering how this could be resolved, also my old phone contract is still coming up as active despite the fact it's been finished for well over a year.

Hi @Johnathan4 this normally happens when the phone has for some reason been allocated to a different account/login, you will need to call sky for help with this, call on 150.
