i have just received two new Iphone 16s but becuase of the deal availabe, chose not to use old number, but to transfer to new Esims instead. have the qr and the code but its not woeking saying carrier doesnt recognise it. this is on both phones and yeS, i am pairing the right esim with the right code. Any suggestions pleas?
