eSim

I'm trying to activate an additional eSim but every time I try, nothing happens.  It goes to we need to link your sky account, which is already linked. I've also clicked on activate eSIM. I don't know what else to do.

As you are having issues I would suggest contacting Sky, so if you haven't got another phone you can use then I would try the social media links at the bottom of this page for help with this.
