Why do I not have the upgrade option on my mobile account

When I took out my contract I was under the impression I could swap my phone at any time.i do not have that option on my account...

Any time from 31 days until the contract is paid off.

 

If this is the case then call Sky to upgrade if your account is not showing it.

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers
