eSim installation
i'm trying to do my eSim but i'm not receiving any email at all for the confirmation code. the correct email has been entered as well

Your code will be in the ‘Complete your eSIM installation with your confirmation code’ email. It can take up to one hour for the email to come through.
Check your Junk mail/Spam folder just in case it’s in there.
The email confirmation code will be sent to the email address you used to place your order. You can view this in your Sky.com account via My Details > Account information or on the My Sky app in My Profile
If you are still not able to get the code, you will need to call 150 on your Sky mobile, Sky Talk landline or using the other contact details at the bottom of this help article, clicking on 'No, I still need help'
