What are you arranging to have delivered? Sky Q equipment is only delivered to the address on the account (for security reasons).

I've moved your thread to the correct board as it's nothing to do with Sky Q.

If you've ordered a Sky Mobile under your name then it's on your account, is your responsibility in terms of repayments and can only be delivered to your address for the same reasons already mentioned. You can then take/give it to your Aunt.
