eSIM won’t work in new device

I've transferred from my old iPhone to my new one...but wiped my old one and the eSIM won't transfer over. I've tried all sorts but now I can't ring Sky as I have no SIM card to call to sort this.

Sky can be contacted via social media as the chances are they will sent you a new physical sim to use:
