eSIM incompatibility

Hello,

I've bought a new iPhone 16 with an eSIM with sky in Dec. I ordered my pac code from EE to transfer my number over and I keep getting the message that EE dosent support esims. I think I need a physical SIM card from sky but after going through the virtual chat and lack of phone number I'm left with no way of using my new phone!

Re: eSIM incompatibility

Thanks for info but I've already entered into a new contract with sky but ordered it as an eSIM. So I need a physical sim for the package I'm already paying for?
any ideas?
