Hi
I have already got Sky Sim card and looking change to eSIM - But not received the confirmation code to my email. I am still receiving other emails from sky.
I have contacted mobile team last week and advised that i will get a email with confirmation code but code not received
Could anyone pls help me on this

This link explains how this works so you will need to respond to the chat bubble at the bottom of the page when it appears:

When the chat bubble does appear you will have 48 hours to respond or it will be automatically closed. To start the conversation just type in it.

This is the norm it seems. I've been trying to activate my son's esim (part of Xmas present) since christmas day. Spent ages on phone to customer services yesterday and they were useless. Justy tried to sell me more services and assured me I'd receive the email in a few mninutes, a few minuted later whe still on phone to them they said a few more minutes then said maybe up to 24 hours. Well this is over 24 hours now and also over 48 since I first requested confirmation email on MySky website and still no confirmation email.
I tnhink leaving and getting a giff gaff esim is almost instant and may be only way to get my son's xmas present working

Same boat here multiple online attempts as well as on with the "advisors" what a complete was of time - will be moving to another provider because of this nonsense

I have been trying the same since Christmas and have got nowhere. I have been promised the technical team will sort it out within 72 hours. That was over a week ago. Brand new very expensive phone now useless. Appalling service.
