eSIM and using phone abroad
We're looking at how best to use our Apple phones abroad. Heard about esims both digital and physical. Not really sure if the difference nor how the work eg can you keep your existing phone number etc?
Anyone had any experience of this? Good bad or indifferent? Worthwhile or costly? Thanks!

Re: eSIM and using phone abroad
Hi @Mike1955 you can either get esims (electronic) or physical sims, you can't get a physical eSIM. Esims allow for (supposedly) easier switching between sims, you can have more than one eSIM stored in your phone and can switch between them. It can be cheaper getting an eSIM in foreign locations than using sky for roaming.
