@Cath67 Thats not really a Sky mobile issue, but you can try this to see if it helps.

• Press and quickly release the volume up button.
• Press and quickly release the volume down button.
• Press and hold the side button.
• Keep holding the side button until the Apple logo appears.
• Release the side button.
