eSIM activation

Hi I have got a new phone that I can't use because I didn't receive an email with the activation code so I can't make calls or texts on my new iPhone so I don't know what to do can you please help me with this?

Have you checked your email accounts trash/bin/junk/spam folders for the email ?

Yes I checked all of them and nothing came through
