Her phone is broken
my mobile phone broken the screen broke. I've had it for 3 to 4 months and you and you want £317 off me. The phone is brand-new

Need to send me the phone back and I'll go to Sam and see how much they will charge me bang out of order have I had the phone for 4 to 3 months so not even a year old is free to 4 months on the floor vibrated and landed on the floor

No warranty will cover such damage.
You need insurance for that.

@Donna1966 You are speaking to fellow customers here. If you want to discuss this with Sky you will have to ring them.
I'm not sure what your issue with being asked to pay is given it's not Sky's fault your phone ended up on the floor. Any repairs, unless covered by an insurance policy like Sky Protect, are your responsibility to pay for. Pretty sure a damaged screen is not covered under warranty.

No warranty will cover accidental damage (even if it vibrated itself onto the floor).

You will need to call sky to ask for the phone to be sent back @Donna1966 it won't happen from your post on here. Doesn't matter how new the phone is, it could be one day old, and if it's dropped and screen broken then you would need to pay for it unless you have taken out insurance that will cover it.
