Hi,
Can anyone please advise what to do . My son has tried numerous times through the app to no avail to convert his SIM to an eSIM as he now has an iPhone 16. Have called SKY 4 times and constantly get passed around. They are clueless. We go thru the process with the code and QR code and it doesn't work. Would it be best to order a new physical SIM and try again? HELP

It's a US iPhone 16 so no physical SIM card now.

After scanning qr code, going through all steps to install eSim countless times, it just won't install

It says unable to activate SIM contact Sky
