direct debit

I am trying to purchase an iphone with sky and whenever i get to the final page and confirm my bank details, it kicks me off saying there is a technical issue. Anyone know why this is?

Hi @alena6  this does seem to happen quite often on here, you will have to call sky and ask them to place the order.
