ordered a phone over a month ago and was told it be with me in 2 weeks still haven't received it what's going on??

it was in stock when i bought it and was told 2 weeks this was a christmas present and cant through to customer service

but when i bought another product from sky it stated the same and got it 2 weeks later

In progress usually means sky are waiting for stock @Gabster19 , you aren't waiting for a 16 pro or 16 pro max are you ?

when i ordered my product it was in stock im waiting on the iphone 17

The website isn't always accurate for what's in stock @Gabster19  and there are still delays with the 17 range.
