This morning when i looked on the app. When i ordered on the 13th they said the friday 18th. Dont no why it would say the 15th must be a mistake. So im hoping i will get it friday 18th but see is theres update tomorrow

Mine says delayed as well, but it makes sense as the delivery was planned for yesterday! So it must be a bug, let's hope for a DPD update within today or tomorrow,.. the demand should be lower this year given that people would wait for the Duo in October, I hope... 😇

It makes sense as I ordered the 12th and delivery was expected the 18th so fingers crossed it's a bug, although on the website it not says delivery for Burgundy is the 2nd October

Mine also says delayed, the delivery estimate was showing for delivery yesterday even though it doesn't release until Friday; when I placed the order it said delivery on Friday 18th

The returns package for the swap was supposed to  be delivered yesterday so there were basically 2 orders: one for the phone and one for the swap. Then they've merged the orders together as it makes sense and they've not sent the swap package and therefore the whole order appears as delayed.

Just so I'm clear, is the expectation that the phones will be arriving Friday the 18th? I never actually got an ETA when I was ordering. I ordered the iPhone 18 Pro Max 256GB Burgundy and mine also says delayed, supposed to be delivered yesterday which appears to be a bug. I'm a first time Sky customer btw.

@Nealfitz I Ordered the same, On my order confirmation it states for delivery ON Friday 18th September, perhaps check yours to see (in the messages not email). Sky are notorious for not delivering pre orders on actual release day though so be prepared. We are hopeful it's as the other user said about them merging and the returns packaging being delayed and not the actual devices but time will tell.

my phone says on the sky app that it should arrive today but i haven't recieved no email saying it's been dispatched or anything i only got the confirmation email and on the sky app it says awaiting dispatch but expected delivery date is today is anyone else having the same issue
