delayed delivery

My phone delivery is delayed but in stock on the website so im wondering why is it delayed i ordered it more than a week ago

As we’re customers here we have no insight into stock levels or any delivery timescales.

If you have ordered a latest model iPhone 17 delays are always likely due to the usual supply and demand issues faced by Apple. This happens every year when a new iPhone is launched.

The most up to date information on your particular order should become available at:
https://www.sky.com/help/articles/track-sky-order

When your order is ready you should get an email from Sky, and then another from the courier (in the UK that’s usually DPD) which should have details of your 1 hour delivery time slot.

when i ordered it said it was in the process and then it was the weekend so i understand that delivery but i have ordered the iphone 16 pro and it shows its in stock and has been all week yet the order has been delayed

Perhaps call Sky and see if they have an update for you.
