customer service not good enough

i recently took out a phone with a contract sim and another contract sim theres been lot of problems since day one and hasnt been a good experience. i paid roughly £110 deposit and i feel so let down by sky and this experience has been very upsetting for me and had i not of had my partner to help me i would of given up. surely the help i need is customer service staffs job to help me is it not?? what would of happened if i didnt sort it cause i would of had a contract phone without the contract sim which would of been a breach in contract by sky NOT me. this is not about not paying theres no issue there its an issue with not wanting dodgy and abusive calls because these calls are for someone else. had they of been calling my partner this way then i know they wouldnt of done for long cause he would of given far more than they would of liked. i dont understand why they have to cancel the sim and set up another when youre already in a contract is silly and is cause of all the issues. now they order another sim but it wont go through so what am i supposed to do a contract sim without phone in sim only deal with a contract phone with no sim thats all wrong i was already credit checked why do again and what about my £110 deposit?? i get feeling my deposit has gone to christmas party and they will still charge me as usual but they cant as phone is on contract with sim ,,,, this needs someone who knows what they doing to put this right or i will give up and go breach of contract and they loose not me. im being more than fair so why no one helping me????
