cracked iphone 11 trying to arrange repair tried through sky not doin g a thing

phone dropped broken back and front cracked both sides trying to get sky help keep going in circles

Whatever you do here is going to cost you so you can either call Sky to arrange a repair or go via the manufacturer of the device, if you can still make calls then the number to call Sky on is just 150.

And perhaps consider that's a potentially very expensive repair of a device released in 2019: a refurbished replacement may well be cheaper.

iSmash list a front and back replacement at £209.  Personally, I also think purchasing a different device may be a better option.

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers
