Unable to roll any data always shows error

Hi folks

For sometime now I've been unable to roll data to any of the SIMS on my account.

 

Every time I try it just errors and says retry.

 

Any ideas why this is happening and how I can resolve it?

For this to be investigated and to get your data rolled over you will need to call Sky, the free number to use is just 150.
