cancled order for handset

Hi last night I ordered a Zfold from sky - this morning woke up and changed my mind. Called support they cancelled the sim card and buds which were coming with the handset so no problem there. But could not cancel the handset as its already on way to being sent to my home.

He said just reject the handset at the door then it will be returned to sky and automatically cancelled ... does this sound right ? just want to be sure as heard stories of handsets not being cancelled and still being billed.

So I will reject delivery Monday which by what I have been told by support will trigger cancellation of the device. Just wondering if this is the only way they (sky) do this. I know I can cancel within 14 days but want to be sure. Thanks

Hi @dino9898  yes you have been advised correctly, refuse delivery and it will be returned and cancelled. As an extra precaution I would video myself handing back/refusing delivery to the driver.

You can reject the delivery as it should then be returned to Sky. After doing this you could always inform them that you have no rejected it as they might be able to see from their end that you have done this.

Ah great thanks for confirming and yes I will video it on arrival. Just needed to be sure. Just not the handset I want ... will look in a few weeks when this is all sorted for the right upgrade. Cheers
