I returned a Magic Keyboard for the iPad Pro because I ordered the wrong size. I received an email from sky in 26th June to say it was received on their side but 4 weeks later I still don't have my refund. I have contacted sky around 7 times and been told to allow 48 hour for an investigation each time but I don't get an update.

The service I've received is appauling if I'm honest.

An invite was sent but there was no response within 48 hours so it has automatically closed.
